Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask The Site Guy Co. to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your contact details and WhatsApp conversation history with us.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — WhatsApp: send the message DELETE MY DATA to the number you have been talking to us on.

Option 2 — Email: write to juniotd.work@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the phone number you used to contact us.

What happens next

We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
We delete your contact details and our stored copies of your messages within 30 days.
We send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Please note

Messages also exist on your own device and in WhatsApp's systems, which we do not control. You can delete chats in your WhatsApp app at any time.
We may keep limited records if required by law (for example, invoices for paid projects).

Facebook / Meta login

If you connected to any of our services using Facebook or Meta login, you can also remove our app in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then follow the steps above to request deletion of the data we hold.
