These Terms govern your communication with The Site Guy Co. through WhatsApp, email and our websites. By contacting us or using our websites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

The Site Guy Co. designs and builds websites for small businesses. Website demos we send are samples prepared for evaluation only. Specific project scope, price and delivery are agreed separately, in writing, before any work is paid for.

2. Messaging

We may message you on WhatsApp about our services, proposals and projects. Standard carrier and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to send unlawful, abusive or harmful content to us, or to use our websites in a way that disrupts them.

4. Intellectual property

Demo websites, designs and content created by us remain our property until a project is agreed and paid for, unless otherwise stated in writing. Business names, logos and materials you provide remain yours.

5. Third-party services

WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our websites and demos are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, The Site Guy Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or communications.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued communication with us after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
