This Privacy Policy explains how The Site Guy Co. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you communicate with us, including through WhatsApp (via the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta), email, or our websites.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, business name, phone number, WhatsApp profile name and email address.
- Message content: the messages, images and files you send us, and the date and time they were sent.
- Business information: publicly available details about your business (such as website, address and services) that we use to prepare proposals or website demos.
- Technical data: message delivery and read status provided by the WhatsApp Business Platform.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and provide information about our services.
- To prepare website proposals and demos for your business.
- To send follow-ups, scheduling messages and service updates.
- To keep records of our communications and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to our services.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), our email provider, our website hosting provider and our payment processor. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Retention
We keep conversation and contact data only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

- Opt out: reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time and we will stop messaging you.

6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Messages on WhatsApp are transmitted using the security provided by the WhatsApp Business Platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
